We are now looking for receptionists for hourly employment at the very pleasant Thule. Here you will have the opportunity to be an important part of the team and contribute to a first-class customer experience.

You will be the face of the company and your tasks will include welcoming visitors and customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Handle the switchboard and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle administrative tasks and follow up on various types of bookings and inquiries.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and solution-oriented. Your strength lies in helping people, and you always find a solution to problems, big or small.
You handle computers and various systems with ease, especially Excel.
You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You probably live in the Värnamo area and have a driver's license and access to a car.

The position is part-time, and you will initially be booked by the hour. There are very good chances of more work for the right person in the future.

To work in this way, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%.
You may be a retiree, student, self-employed, or have another part-time job.

The start-up is ongoing and will begin as soon as possible. The assignment is long-term, and we are looking for individuals who can work for an extended period.
You will be employed by us at Inpeople and leased out to our client.
