Business Developer in Elderly Care and Disability Services

Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference? Our municipality is now seeking two dedicated business developers with different focuses to contribute to societal benefit and shape the future of Värnamo.

The Role of Business Developer

Both roles play a key part in driving development within elderly care, disability services, and municipal health care, as well as strengthening welfare services for the citizens of Värnamo. You will have the opportunity to choose a specialization that best matches your skills and experience.

Qualifications

For the position of Business Developer in Change Management, we are looking for candidates with a degree in social work or equivalent. Good knowledge of social services' missions and current legislation is required. Experience in various areas within social services, such as authority and enforcement, is advantageous.
