JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to play a central role in this summer's home care services? We are looking for someone who wants to work as a central planner within the home care services in Vetlanda municipality in the summer of 2025. Here, you will have an important role in creating structure and quality for our clients and employees.

As a central planner, your main task is to plan the work schedules of the home care staff and optimize routes to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. You work closely with our area managers and employees in home care. You are a key player in creating a smooth everyday life for everyone involved. Your workplace is centrally located in Vetlanda, where you are part of a team with other planners. There is always collegial support available, while you also have the opportunity to independently solve planning challenges. Working hours are Monday to Friday, daytime.

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, good computer skills, and a B driver's license. You enjoy collaborating, are meticulous and structured in your work approach. Previous experience in planning within home care or similar is advantageous but not required.

The position is a summer substitute starting in June 2025, with a possible opportunity to start earlier as a substitute on an hourly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• high school diploma
• B driver's license
• good computer skills

Previous experience in central planning is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
