The role of Assistant/Receptionist
Bra Liv Vråen Health Centre is looking for someone who wants to develop with us in an administrative assistant role. The work will mainly be at the reception where you are the face of the centre and the first point of contact for patients visiting us. You will have the overall responsibility for our reception, which includes a lot of patient contact, telephone service, and answering questions from patients and colleagues. Other administrative tasks are also included. Providing good service and working safely with patients are key aspects of your role.

The position is a permanent full-time position. Entry by agreement and the extent of employment can be discussed.

Your future workplace

Bra Liv Vråen Health Centre works for a patient-oriented, stable, and efficient primary care facility. The health centre has approximately 12,100 registered residents and we are part of the Bra Liv Health Centres. We have a common organization and close collaboration with Rydaholms Health Centre. Värnamo is a beautiful and peaceful city where the Lagan river flows slowly. The city offers a variety of amenities one would expect from a small town, such as restaurants, shops, culture, and sports facilities. There are approximately 22,500 residents in the city center and about 34,600 in the municipality. It is easy to get around as there are good opportunities for cycling, driving, and public transportation.

Your profile

You have experience in reception work and an interest in administrative tasks, preferably with experience from primary care and the Cosmic journal system. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate participating in the group's common tasks. You are service-oriented and have a welcoming attitude when receiving all our patients who pass through our reception every day. You work in a structured manner and have the will and ability to find solutions. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
