About the Role

We offer you the opportunity to use your experience as a calculator to work with a wide variety of projects in a customer-centric and developing role! We are therefore looking for someone with experience as a calculator in infrastructure projects as a consultant or contractor, who enjoys being a key person driving and coordinating your deliveries independently. You will belong to our unit Project Management Infrastructure which is part of our global business area Transport. You will have a significant influence and responsibility in developing our calculation business. We currently have a unit in Stockholm, but we can consider Gothenburg or Uppsala as an alternative location for you.

We carry out assignments for private and public clients. We work in all project stages from early investigation stages to production stages, as specialists in a client role or in our designing business.

Your main tasks will include:

• selling and marketing calculation work
• conducting cost estimates for small and large construction projects
• developing work methods
• supporting and coaching junior colleagues
• quality assurance of the team's calculation deliveries

We are looking for someone who has:

• a technical university or college education of at least 180 credits, or other education and experience that we consider equivalent overall
• production experience
• several years of experience working with construction cost estimates
• good competence in general regulations and contract forms such as MER, AB, ABT, and ABK
• good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have current experience in:

• road and/or railway calculations for billion projects
• 3D calculations
• progressive estimates
• climate calculations

For this position, the Location is: Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Uppsala
