About the healthcare center

In Bromölla, Kry has two healthcare centers, Kry Storgatan and Kry Årup, with a total of approximately 50 employees and 12,000 listed patients. The healthcare centers are currently led by the same operations manager who is supported by medical advisors and managerial support. The centers offer a varied environment where healthcare professionals meet and advise many patients at the clinic. The centers also have the mission of medical participation, advice, and support to the Bromölla municipality.

About the role

As a resident physician in general medicine with us, you will have an independent and varied work at our clinic dealing with various issues, investigations, planned checks of chronic diseases, and much more. You have a personal supervisor and opportunities to consult specialists in your daily work. Together with your supervisor, you will develop an individual study plan to meet all the requirements in the National Board of Health and Welfare's description of goals for a specialist service. We place great emphasis on working closely with the patient, with continuity and a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions.

Qualifications & characteristics

• You have a Swedish medical license and a great interest in general medicine.
• Your language skills in Swedish correspond to a documented C1 level as it is important that you can communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• You attach great importance to the holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting.
• Have a good approach and value putting the patient first.
• Have good teamwork skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
• You are meticulous in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.
• Experience in Swedish primary care is a merit.
• Good knowledge of the PMO journal system is a merit.

Practical information

Start: According to agreement.

Extent: Full-time.

Employment: Permanent employment (with initial probationary period of 6 months).

Working hours: Weekdays, daytime.

Location: Bromölla.
