Experienced and Engaged Support Technicians Wanted for IT Support at Centric

As a consultant at Centric, you will have a secure employment and the opportunity to gather valuable work experience through assignments at our clients. Job Responsibilities
Your main tasks will involve receiving calls from users in need of technical support. Support and troubleshooting will be done via remote control tools and/or over the phone. You will primarily work in a Windows environment, but Mac environments may also be present. Tasks include managing accounts and groups in Azure AD, troubleshooting networks, supporting Microsoft 365 and its applications, as well as performing basic server troubleshooting.
Your Profile and Qualifications
To thrive in the role of support technician, it is important that you are motivated by providing excellent service and seek an opportunity to develop your IT skills. You should have at least one year of experience working on a service desk and be willing to share your expertise and experience with colleagues. Personally, you are independent, meticulous, and social. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working on a service desk
- Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Experience in troubleshooting and support in Windows and Mac environments
- Knowledge of server management (primarily Windows)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Driver's license B
