This is what you will do as a Cobol Developer at Folksam

As a developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team with expertise in business, requirements, testing, and development. The job involves managing, lifecycle handling, and also carrying out some new development of our systems together. You will also participate in the analysis, design, and testing of new developments as well as the transition and decommissioning towards our target platforms within .net and Lumera.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You bring solid knowledge and experience in:

• MAINFRAME.
• Very good knowledge of Cobol.
• Good knowledge of DB2, SQL, JCL, IMS, and TSO/ISPF.
• Experience with service management (APIs).
• If you also have experience with Compuware Topaz/ISPW, that is a plus.
• Experience in system development in large organizations according to standardized methods.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
