Profile Requirements

– SAP MM/SD and Inventory Management: Solid understanding of stock control functions, replenishment methods, and related processes.

– Retail Industry Background: Familiarity with the unique challenges and workflows in a retail environment.

– Order-to-Cash Process (SAP): Proven experience implementing and optimizing the end-to-end flow of sales orders, deliveries, and billing.

– Stock Count & Store Processes: Insight into how stock counts affect operations such as allocation, replenishment, sales, BOPIS, and storage management.

– Supply Chain Knowledge: Awareness of common supply chain challenges and the interdependencies between different logistical activities.

– Article Master Data (SAP Retail): Capable of managing and maintaining comprehensive product information within the SAP Retail module.

– Integration Contracts & Testing: Skilled at defining integration requirements and conducting thorough functional testing of system interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis

– Collaborate with business experts and stakeholders to capture and refine system requirements.

Functional Specification

– Write clear and detailed functional specifications based on identified needs.

Solution Walkthrough & Developer Support

– Present requirements and proposed solutions to developers, and provide test data or other assistance as needed.

Functional Testing

– Conduct tests to validate system behavior against requirements, ensuring any defects are identified and addressed.

Tool Usage & Structured Work

– Work methodically with tools such as Jira and Active Control to track progress, manage changes, and maintain quality.

Root Cause Analysis

– Investigate and resolve reported issues, identifying underlying problems in cooperation with relevant teams.

Batch Job Management

Oversee a complex setup of batch jobs, ensuring reliable execution and timely resolution of any errors.
