Assignment Description

In the role of SAP Functional Specialist, you will work with requirements analysis, functional testing, and development of SAP solutions within inventory management and retail. You will play a central role in supporting the business and ensuring that the solutions meet the high demands for functionality and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements analysis in collaboration with business experts and other stakeholders.
• Create and document functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and assist with test data and solution reviews.
• Perform functional testing and root cause analysis for reported issues.
• Maintain and optimize batch jobs in complex systems.
• Work systematically in tools such as Jira and Active Control.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in SAP and a deep understanding of retail processes.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

• Inventory management (MM/SD) in SAP.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes in SAP.
• Understanding of how inventory counting processes interact E2E with other store processes such as allocation, replenishment, sales, BOPIS, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of supply chain challenges and article master data in SAP Retail.
• Experience in specifying integration contracts and testing integrations from a functional perspective.
