Responsibilities

• Management of IT devices (mobile phones) for storage and logistics at the client.
• Responsible for the distribution and return of IT devices to end-users.
• Guide end-users during the installation of new and returned devices.
• Other minor administrative tasks related to the project may arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school education, preferably with IT training.
• Experience in providing technical support, preferably within a helpdesk/support center or other service professions such as retail, customer service, or restaurant.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B.

• Team-oriented and cooperative: You enjoy working in a group and find it easy to collaborate with both internal and external parties.

Employment Type: Full-time (temporary assignment 2-3 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Workplace: Stockholm
Salary: Hourly wage according to agreement
Start Date: January
