ITIL Configuration Manager

Responsibilities

In your role as ITIL Configuration Manager, you will strive for secure, robust, and purpose-driven services. You will be responsible for ensuring that the existing Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) contain accurate and requested inventory data over time. You will lead the operational work of providing configuration information to incident management and train relevant stakeholders, such as service owners and IT specialists. You will be supervised by and systematically report to the Service Area Manager and Process Owner. You will support the Process Owner in the work with the configuration management budget, design, continuous improvements, and key performance indicators.

You will be part of an organization that is jointly interested, involved, and responsible for existing information systems, services, processes, and routines. If necessary, you will also support other parts of and projects within the Infrastructure Department.

We are looking for someone who

You have high school qualifications, IT technical competence, or qualifications and training that FMV considers equivalent and valuable for the position. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

To succeed in the role of ITIL Configuration Manager, you have several years of experience in configuration management. You are fundamentally proactive, persistent, and quality-conscious, with a holistic view, but you are also flexible and see opportunities when circumstances change. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

You have knowledge of digital tools and IT support for configuration management available on the market, such as ServiceNow. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in governance according to PM3, ITIL 4, and procurements according to LOU/LUFS. We expect you to have a willingness and ability to learn and develop, and therefore you have good opportunities for professional development with us.

The position is located in Stockholm.
