Who are we?

The healthcare team within the Activity for People with Disabilities is aimed at individuals with an LSS decision who live in a group home, service home, and/or participate in daily activities.

We are located at Dalviksgatan 71 C, which is our base as our group homes and service homes are small units located throughout the municipality of Norrköping. The workgroup consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and coordinators.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse, you have a healthcare assignment. You have primary responsibility for a number of places and a consulting responsibility for a larger number of places when your colleagues are absent and during weekend work.

In your work as a nurse, you meet individuals with various diagnoses who need healthcare in different ways in their daily lives. You work with both planned and unplanned interventions.

Your tasks include routine nursing duties such as catheter care, tracheostomy care, tube feeding, wound care, medication management, injections, documentation according to current legislation, supportive and motivational conversations, as well as supervision and delegation of care staff in the units. You have close collaboration with units, the region's specialist clinics, and health centers.

Who are you?

We are now looking for a licensed nurse who is confident in their role. Previous experience in home healthcare and elderly care is advantageous.

You are interested in developing our operations, have a positive outlook, are responsible, and can work both independently and in a team. You are flexible and can work in various areas of our operations. You have the ability to make decisions and can quickly make correct judgments. You are willing to share your professional experience and knowledge with others.

As a person, you are attentive, service-oriented, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup while understanding the importance of collaboration. You have an interest in meeting people and have good initiative. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented, independent, and flexible.

It is advantageous if you have worked with individuals with disabilities and in psychiatry. A driver's license is required. Welcome with your application!
