Nurse for Health and Healthcare Team within VPF in Norrköping

Who are we?

The health and healthcare team within the operation for individuals with disabilities (VPF) in Norrköping is aimed at individuals with an LSS decision who live in a group home, service home, and/or have daily activities.

We are located at Dalviksgatan 71 C, which is our starting point as our group homes and service homes are smaller units located throughout the municipality of Norrköping. The workgroup consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and coordinators.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse, you have a health and healthcare mission. You have primary responsibility for a number of places and a consulting responsibility for a larger number of places when your colleagues are absent and during weekend work.

In your work as a nurse, you meet individuals with various diagnoses who need health and healthcare in different ways in their everyday lives. You work with both planned and unplanned interventions.

Your tasks include routine nursing tasks such as catheter care, tracheostomy care, feeding tube care, wound care, medication management, injections, documentation according to current legislation, supportive and motivational conversations, as well as supervision and delegation of care staff in the units.

Who are you?

We are now looking for you who are a licensed nurse and feel confident in your role. It is a merit if you have worked with individuals with functional variations and in psychiatry.

You have an interest in meeting people and a good ability to take initiative. Furthermore, you are goal-oriented, independent, and flexible. You have good collaboration skills and a willingness to work and develop as a nurse in an interprofessional team.

As a person, you are attentive, service-oriented, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup and see the importance of collaboration. You are happy to share your professional experience and knowledge with others.

A driver's license is required.
