Based on our values – Always personal, Better Together & Serious about fun, we are now looking for a salesperson for our Digital & App Innovation area. Here, we help our customers future-proof their business and operations by taking care of what standard applications cannot handle or should manage. We develop and modernize business-critical web applications based on Microsoft technologies and integrations with Azure Integration Services using proven methods and our own frameworks. Our deliveries are made in project form, so this role is not about resource sales or "selling CVs" but about complex solution sales.

About the position
You will be part of our sales and presale team where you will play a key role in helping us grow and succeed in the Digital & App Innovation area. It's not just about closing deals – it's about building relationships with new potential customers, solution-oriented driving business opportunities forward, and helping shape the future of our offerings in Digital & App Innovation.
In the role, there will be a strong focus on new customer acquisition, but you can feel confident that you have full support from our presale team, such as Arvid, when the dialogues become more technical, and of course your manager Anna-Karin, who has a long background in the IT industry. She describes her leadership as entrepreneurial, innovative, and how she tries to inspire thinking outside the box.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and develop business opportunities: Your main focus will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities through active targeting of new customers in these main areas and within our designated customer segments. Develop business opportunities and drive the sales process forward, plain and simple.
- Business development: You are expected to proactively seek new business opportunities in designated areas, engage in solution proposals, and find the best solution to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate: You will be the primary contact for solution sales in the Digital & App Innovation area and work closely with the technical delivery team to jointly present, offer, and quote solutions that address the specific needs of customers.
- Build and develop long-term relationships: You will position Fellowmind as a trusted supplier, partner, and advisor in the area through customer dialogues, networking, and participation in industry events.
Who we are looking for?
- You have a few years of sales experience in the IT/consulting industry where you have worked with new customer acquisition, perhaps in a role involving resource sales, and you now feel ready for more complex solution sales.
- You have the ability to understand customers' business processes and identify how digital solutions can create business value for the customer's operations. You don't just sell, you have a consultative approach where you help customers solve real business problems with the right technology solutions.
- You have a great technical interest, not to the extent that you are a developer, but knowledgeable enough to understand how to build a web application, for example. If you are already familiar with Azure, it is a plus.
- You are used to working with high activity, working systematically to identify and qualify leads based on different customer segments, and building a pipeline of business opportunities.
- You have excellent communication skills. You know how to collaborate successfully with people across teams, countries, and functions. You are comfortable leading conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
- You have post-secondary education related to business, for example, from IHM Business School or similar.
As a person, you are committed, proactive, and driven. You like to take new initiatives and actively seek new opportunities to achieve success. Result-oriented and business-focused are two words that describe you well! You can see the big picture and know how to build long-term relationships that deliver results, but also understand the sometimes short-term focus on goal achievement in the coming period. Of course, you are a team player, where you and the others in the sales and presale team and the delivery organization create the result together. We win together, simply put!
Practical information
Start: Q1 2025
Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume that it should work for all parties
Location: At one of our offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, or Jönköping. Travel is a natural part of the role.
