Account Manager at Würth in Nyköping and Norrköping

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to strengthen our sales team in Nyköping and Norrköping, who wants to join us on our journey and develop long-term customer relationships with construction companies in the area. Our target group is construction companies working on everything from new construction to renovation and maintenance.

About the job

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting existing and new customers with our products and unique service offerings! You will be responsible for your own district within the region, with work based from your home. You will conduct customer visits at the customers' construction sites, offices, and be comfortable navigating in that type of environment.

The work requires high demands on customer care, and it is important that you have a high initiative, are used to taking responsibility, and driving processes forward. Through the interaction between our various sales channels, we gain market share where you play a crucial role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve set goals: Identify and act on business opportunities to grow your customer portfolio.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships: Support existing and new customers with our unique products and services that streamline construction companies' material management.
  • Analyze and solve customer needs: Tailor solutions to optimize construction companies' workflows and consumption of materials in construction projects.
  • Conduct customer visits and negotiations: Visit customers, hold meetings, and negotiate purchases with the decision-makers of construction projects.
  • Product demonstrations: Showcase how our products and solutions can streamline work and add value to the customer's business.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales within the construction industry or related areas.
  • Is used to developing new customers and has an established network in the construction sector.
  • Enjoys being out in the field and building relationships at customers' workplaces.
  • Has an analytical ability, is structured, and knows how to drive processes forward to achieve results.
  • Is goal-oriented, business-minded, and competitive, while also seeing challenges as opportunities.
  • Has a B driver's license to efficiently conduct customer visits.
