Business-oriented Recruitment Consultant

Focus of the role

• Create business opportunities and develop new and existing customer relationships
• Manage recruitment processes – from needs analysis to hiring
• Attract and recruit talents
• Be responsible for leased consultants

Your background

You have experience in recruitment, business, and relationship-building work. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a valid driver's license. Experience in the industry and/or personnel management is a plus.
