Do you want to be part of creating something unique? We are looking for an engaged and driven Breakfast Manager for 100% at our new hotel Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna, opening in spring 2025.

As Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for creating a first-class breakfast experience for our guests. The role involves leading and inspiring your team, planning, and ensuring the highest quality in both service and products. You will have overall responsibility for the breakfast operation, including scheduling, ordering, and following up on results.

• Has experience working in a leadership role within the restaurant or hotel industry, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has an eye for detail.
• Is an inspiring leader who motivates your team to deliver the best possible service.
• Is passionate about food and service and has a strong customer focus.
• Can work flexible hours, as breakfast involves early mornings.
