Are you ready to take the next step in your career and be part of something unique from the start? We are now looking for an experienced and passionate head waiter for our new Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna, opening in spring 2025.

As a head waiter, you will be an important part of our team and have the opportunity to help shape the restaurant's service and work environment from the ground up. The hotel will offer several food and beverage experiences, including our restaurant, the gastropub The Bishops Arms, and our rooftop bar with spectacular views.

About the role As a head waiter, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the daily operations in the restaurant. You will ensure that our team delivers top-quality service and that our guests have a fantastic experience with every visit.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching the serving staff during service.
• Ensuring that the guest experience is top-notch and exceeds expectations.
• Planning and distributing work in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Introducing new employees and conducting training in service and routines.
• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods for an efficient and pleasant work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry, preferably as a head waiter or team leader.
• Is passionate about providing guests with an exceptional service experience.
• Is a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team.
• Has good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
