Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna will open its doors in spring 2025, and we are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for 100%. Are you a natural leader with an eye for detail who wants to help set a high standard for guest service in a new and inspiring environment? Then this is the right position for you!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a central role in ensuring the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and lead the daily operations of our housekeeping team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, organizing, and following up on the daily cleaning tasks.
• Onboarding and training new staff members.
• Participating in the daily work of the housekeeping department.
• Ensuring that routines and quality standards are followed.
• Monitoring and controlling cleaning in hotel rooms and public areas.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

• Has experience in a similar role within hotels or housekeeping.
• Is a natural leader who can motivate and engage your team.
• Is solution-oriented and has a strong sense of service and quality.
• Is flexible and can handle rapid changes in a dynamic environment.
• Speaks Swedish and/or English.
