We are looking for an Operational Security Manager who wants to work broadly with security issues and create a safe environment for both employees and customers. You will be a key person in our organization and ensure that we meet both internal and external requirements. The role reports to our IT and Security Manager.

About the position

As the Operational Security Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational security work within information security, personnel security, continuity, and physical security. You will drive security issues on your own initiative and develop solutions.

Your mission is to create a security culture by prioritizing and assessing which security issues are most important for the organization, with security always in focus. You will participate in the Länsförsäkringsgruppen network, convey information to the business, and be responsible for training and knowledge dissemination about security throughout the company. You will lead the work with methods, structures, and follow up on information security. Furthermore, you will coordinate improvements and support the business in information security issues.

The role includes responsibility for governing documents and reporting to the management and board. You will conduct gap analyses together with functions within the company that are responsible for various assets, such as property, personnel, IT/information, and procurement. It also includes environmental monitoring, risk analysis, and identification of potential threats.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a university degree in information security, law, or another relevant field. We see that you have 3-5 years of experience in security work. You have good experience in interpreting regulations and applying them in practice, and you feel confident in handling regulatory issues in various contexts.

With your unpretentiousness, you can support colleagues where the need is greatest, as well as work independently and take your own initiatives. You have a strong communicative ability and are used to conducting training and presentations in front of larger groups. Your ability to collaborate is important, both internally with colleagues and externally with partners. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and meet high standards of integrity and good reputation.
