We are looking for a Senior Technical & Sales Support who wants to be part of our development journey.

About the role In the role of Senior Technical & Sales Support, you will be a key person in our technical support and an important support for our sales companies, distributors, and customers. You will answer questions about our existing product range, assist with launches and installations of new products, and work with technical quotation and order management.

In addition to being technical support, you will work with mechanical design and customer adaptations for our customer projects, as well as improvements within our series production. You will manage our CPQ, CRM system, and product configurations in Monitor, produce technical documentation, optimize costs, and ensure that new products are integrated into our production in the best way. This work also includes the development of technical spare parts documentation.

You will be part of our R&D team, participate in project groups, and be involved in the takeover of new development projects. You will report to the R&D Director, and the location is Lidköping.

Your profile We are looking for someone with experience in product development and design within series production. You have a general understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, and IoT, as well as good knowledge of CAD/PDM. Experience with CPQ, CRM, and the business system Monitor is an advantage. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we operate in a global market.
