Sustainability Function in Skövde is Looking for a Measurement Preparation Engineer

Who we are looking for:

A passionate, curious, and driven person with an interest in details and a passion for measurement technology, measurement preparation, and quality preparation. Your analytical skills are strong. Collecting, evaluating, and drawing conclusions from data is stimulating for you. You have good knowledge of various measurement methods, such as form, surface roughness, coordinate, and optical measurement. Previous work with relevant ISO standards, statistical process control, calibration, capability, measurement technology, and measurement system analysis is advantageous. Furthermore, we see that you have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience.

What you will work on in this role:

  • Drive/participate in projects for the introduction of new products/components and act as a specialist in matters related to measurement technology, measurement preparation, and quality preparation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies (measurement and verification methods, storage of measurement results, etc.).
  • Participate in the development of our ways of working.
  • Contribute to your own and others' competence development.
