Etteplan is looking for a Delivery Manager to establish and strengthen our presence within the Swedish defence industry. Your Role
As a Delivery Manager spearheading Etteplan’s expansion into the Swedish defence industry, you will play a pivotal role in both strategic and operational dimensions. You will be entrusted with significant responsibility and empowered to shape how the role evolves in alignment with our ambitions in this critical sector.
Your main focus will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions to our defence clients while simultaneously building strong internal teams and lasting customer relationships. You will serve as both a technical and organizational leader, acting as the bridge between Etteplan’s delivery capabilities and the needs of our defence industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Etteplan Gothenburg delivery organization for defense industry customers and establish close long-term trusting customer relationships.
- Apply a business-oriented mindset to identify new opportunities and customer values for business growth.
- Manage delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Take lead in technical questions within the area of mechanics, electronics or software.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role you need to:
- Have bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Have minimum of 8 years of experience in managing product development within embedded or power electronics and/or experience in radar, RF or microwave technology.
- Have established network within the industry, with strong connections that can facilitate business growth.
- Have proven experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.
- Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Have Swedish citizenship and be eligible to obtain a high-level security clearance.
