We are now looking for treatment pedagogues for hourly and summer positions at HVB Spjutsbygd during the period from week 26 to week 33. We are also looking for night staff who can cover for our night staff during their vacation.

What do we do? At Nyida HVB Spjutsbygd, you will meet young people with various needs for treatment and care. As a substitute with us, you will work with treatment interventions both individually and in groups. The work includes providing support to our youth in daily and social activities. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, train, talk, and much more. You need to be able to document and have a B driver's license. You will work scheduled hours during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call overnight shifts.

About HVB Spjutsbygd

Nytida HVB Spjutsbygd is a treatment home located just outside Karlskrona. The facility has ten places, but we always make a qualified assessment of how many young people we have placed at the same time. The goal is for the young person to achieve an increased quality of life after completing treatment. HVB Spjutsbygd caters to boys and girls aged 13 to 18 years. The young people placed at HVB Spjutsbygd often have psychosocial issues, risk behaviors, and norm-breaking behaviors, as well as relationship and school problems. They may also have a neuropsychiatric disability that complicates the issues.

You have a manager close to you who works in the facility. We also have a nurse associated with the facility.

We prefer that you are a trained treatment pedagogue and have experience in similar work. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
