We are looking for a School Social Worker F-9 for Olofström Municipality.
Job Responsibilities
The role of the school social worker involves psychosocial work on both individual and group levels. You will address social issues related to students, groups, and guardians. Your work will be in close collaboration with teachers, school management, and student health services, as well as external actors such as social services and child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP). As a school social worker, you will provide consultation on student matters. Your tasks include working preventively and health-promoting in collaboration with other actors to provide students with good conditions for development and learning.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or an equivalent behavioral science higher education. A strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing is required. Experience in consulting and supportive conversations with children and adults is an advantage.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You view the student from a holistic perspective, are solution-focused, can lead yourself in your role, and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and other actors.
