Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a guy in his 30s living in his own apartment in Ronneby
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• is physically fit to perform heavy lifting and activities
• can work in an environment with a lot of noise
• has a B driver's license (manual as you will be driving the client's car)

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The position is a summer temporary position and is at 76.5% during the period of weeks 26-33. The shifts include mixed weekdays and weekends, with times around 08:00-17:00, 08:00-15:30, and 13:30-20:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements.

Start date According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
