Description of the Operation

Do you have ideas and are driven by challenges?

As a work supervisor in daily activities, you will plan and carry out activities with participants both in groups and individually. You will work supportively, training, and motivating to guide and help participants work towards their individual goals. The work requires that you are good at motivating and inspiring and finding creative solutions. You will work with people with various disabilities and provide practical support with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.

Your Mission

In the role of work supervisor, you support, motivate, and guide the participant to their employment in daily activities. You work based on a clear structure and predictability in everyday life through known routines and approaches. Together with your colleagues, you adapt activities for participants in the operation. With the right approach, you strengthen and facilitate the participant's active participation.

You are also responsible for organizing the day's work in collaboration with your colleagues and cooperating with the user's network. With us, you will have a varied workday where you use your experience, creativity, and empathy to create meaningful activities.

Your Competence and Experience

• You have a high school education in care or pedagogy or have another pedagogical education that is considered equivalent.
• You have knowledge of clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• You are computer literate.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A driver's license (B)
• Previous experience from work in daily activities
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Knowledge and ability to use AAC to support communication

For this position, you need to submit a criminal record extract.
