ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for a dedicated personal assistant for a summer substitute position with our client in Umeå! The position is 50% and runs from mid-June to mid-August, with the possibility of continuing as a substitute in the fall. The work shifts are scheduled for both days and evenings, including weekdays and weekends.

Start date is negotiable, and we would like you to begin an introduction in May or early June.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 35s. As her assistant, you will experience calm days at home as well as busy days filled with training, work, and fun activities. Our client has extensive care needs, and your tasks will include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Transfers and training/stretching

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and is attentive to others' needs. You are responsible, committed, flexible, and have good organizational skills. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in care
• Not allergic to pets as the client has a dog, and as an assistant, you will also help the client with the care of the dog
• B driver's license as you will be driving the client's car
• Fluent Swedish skills
• Non-smoker

Employment rate: 50% summer substitute.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
