ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for two dedicated hourly substitutes to work as personal assistants for our client in Röbäck, Umeå. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 08:00 to 17:00 and evening/night with sleeping duty from 17:00 to 08:00 on weekdays and weekends.
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a woman in her 60s with many interests, such as stand-up comedy, travel, adventure, and spending time with family and friends. Due to MS and visual impairment, she needs your help as an assistant in her daily life. Your role will be to support her in both daily routines and activities, and together you will create a simpler and more meaningful existence.
Job responsibilities include:
- Support with daily routines such as household chores and cooking
- Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Transfers with the help of floor and ceiling lifts as well as manual assistance when needed
- Accompanying on errands and shopping
- Participating in activities and trips, both locally and abroad

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and making a difference in their daily lives. Since you will be working in the client’s home, high demands are placed on personal maturity and consideration. You are responsible, meticulous, and have the ability to adapt to the client's needs. You are also proactive, stress-resistant, and can handle different situations calmly. Punctuality and keeping schedules are a given for you. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working as a personal assistant
- Tolerate being around cigarette smoke in outdoor environments
- Not allergic to pets as the client has a cat and you as an assistant will help the client with the care of the cat
MERITS

Employment level: 2 hourly substitutes.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
