ABOUT THE POSITION

At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you to work as a personal assistant, hourly substitute, or summer substitute, with one of our clients in Lycksele. The workplace is where the client is located, and working hours may vary between day, evening, night, or weekend, depending on the client's needs.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

As a personal assistant, you help the client live their life to the fullest by supporting them in the areas where they have difficulties performing tasks themselves.

Your work is tailored to the client you are working with, and the client's support needs dictate what your tasks will look like. The most important thing is that we together focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

Our clients have different needs and interests, which is why we welcome applicants of all ages, genders, and with varying experiences and working methods. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and in a team, is attentive to the client's wishes, empathetic, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, have a positive attitude, and can follow workplace descriptions and routines. Since we recruit based on the client's needs, requirements and wishes may vary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license
• Experience working as a personal assistant

Employment level: Hourly substitutes and summer substitutes.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid identification and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
