Nordsunda AB is a company that provides consultant-supported foster homes for children and adolescents on behalf of municipalities. The company started in 2015 and has developed a wealth of expertise and specialties over the years. Nordsunda has permission from IVO to conduct consultant-supported foster care and has framework agreements with Sweden's Municipalities and Regions as well as several other municipalities across Sweden.

Our focus is on children and adolescents aged 0–21 years with various forms of antisocial behavior, psychiatric issues, and children and adolescents placed for environmental reasons. We always prioritize the best interests of the child through matching foster homes and provide the best possible support to the foster homes.

We are now looking for an operations manager for our consultant-supported foster care operations based in Umeå.

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. We prefer that you have experience in foster care: have worked as a manager, operations responsible, operations manager, or had similar job responsibilities. You may want to change workplaces or feel ready to move forward and take the next step in your career. As a social worker, you should have good knowledge of current legislation. Experience in social work, preferably with children/youth/families and investigative work is desirable. You are capable of working independently and confident in your professional role. You have good communication skills, a humanistic view of people, and a professional approach. As a person, you are curious, engaged, creative, and solution-oriented.
