ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant as a substitute when needed and as a summer substitute for our clients in central Skellefteå.

The working hours are varied. Therefore, you who are applying should be open to work scheduled during the day, evening, night (awake/asleep), and weekends.

The summer substitutes are for 60-80% between weeks 26-39, with varied working hours.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client cases vary. Specifically for these, the focus is on Autism and low-arousal approaches. The assistance assignments are of a supervisory nature.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores
• Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Medication, help, and guidance.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

A large part of your work involves helping and guiding the client in everyday situations and in social interactions with others, as well as helping the client understand their environment. You should be good at reading and analyzing the needs and situations of others. We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience working with preventive measures and long-term strategies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are responsible, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish

• Experience working with autism
• Experience with low-arousal approaches

Employment rate: Varied.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
