We are seeking a personal assistant who wants to work part-time/full-time with a cheerful and social 9-year-old girl with extensive care needs living with her family in Vännäs. As an assistant, you will become an invaluable part of her life and contribute to creating a functional and meaningful everyday life. • Support with personal hygiene and care.
• Assistance during meal situations, including tube feeding and inhalations.
• Help with dressing and undressing.
• Participate and support during physical activities and training.
• Assist with transfers using equipment such as a floor lift and standing scale.
• Support with visual aids and actively assist in communication.
• Accompany on social activities, such as visits to the swimming pool.
• Support during play and interaction with siblings.

You are a playful, positive, and flexible person who easily takes responsibility and works independently. Previous experience in personal assistance or education in the field is an advantage.

We would like you to have:

• Good physical strength and endurance.
• A driving license (B) and be comfortable driving the employer's car.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of alternative communication such as visual aids.
• Swimming ability.
• A smoke-free lifestyle.

• Start Date: Immediate.
• Employment Rate: 50–100%.
• Agreement: Introduction shifts and approximately one month of hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work Shifts: Day, evening, and weekend.
