We are looking for an Operations Specialist Training Coordinator for Airport Security at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport!

Seize the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you play a key role in ensuring training and competence in airport security. In this role, you will be responsible for training planning and documentation to meet regulatory requirements and local routines, as well as collaborating with specialists in the field. What does the role entail?

As an Operations Specialist Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for internal training and documentation in the area of security. You will coordinate and ensure that training is conducted, documented, and meets both regulatory requirements and local routines. You will work closely with regulatory specialists to ensure compliance and educate and support the organization on issues related to competence development and quality.

You will serve as the Local Training Manager (LTM), supporting other leaders in informing and managing issues within the competence portal. You will help track how employees are progressing in their competence development and create the right conditions to achieve their training goals.

Examples of tasks:

• Be responsible for training planning and documentation according to applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory specialists to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Educate and support the organization in airport security.
• Support leaders in the competence portal and follow up on competence requirements.
• Follow up and quality assure training and adjust content and methods as needed.
• Participate in operational activities to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training.
• Contribute to development projects within the security area.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in training planning and quality follow-up.
• Has good knowledge of Aviation Security and legal requirements in safety.
• Has experience working with documentation.
• Has experience in training coordination and operational support to leaders.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

You are an educational and communicative person who conveys information clearly and understandably. You are structured and meticulous, have experience with documentation, and work systematically. With a collaborative approach, you support both leaders and employees in their daily work. Your analytical ability allows you to compare competencies and identify needs to ensure quality and compliance. What do we offer you?
