HR Strategist for Tranemo Municipality

The HR function is a joint function between the municipalities of Tranemo and Svenljunga, where we provide support to approximately 100 managers. Tranemo is the host municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of HR strategist, you will work operationally but also strategically. With us, you work closely with a department/section in both municipalities.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Operational HR work, including handling labor law issues, work environment issues, rehabilitation, and recruitment for a department/section
  • Strategic HR work, including the development and implementation of HR-related strategies and processes. Your focus will be on the work environment area
  • Work with and develop the systematic work environment efforts (SAM)
  • Develop and implement work environment strategies to improve and prevent employee health and well-being, in the form of various wellness factors
  • Develop and carry out training and information initiatives to increase awareness and knowledge of work environment issues

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a bachelor's degree in personnel and labor relations or another equivalent education that the employer deems appropriate
  • has several years of experience in broad HR work, preferably from municipal operations
  • has good knowledge of labor law, work environment, and other HR-related areas.
  • has very good knowledge of work environment legislation and other work environment-related areas

You focus on finding solutions and work to create and maintain good relationships with union representatives and operational representatives.

You can independently plan and execute your tasks and are confident in your professional role. You are used to driving development and change processes and have a strategic mindset and are curious about new working methods and approaches.

As a person, you are trustworthy and have the ability to see the whole picture where you can clearly and pedagogically explain complex contexts within the HR field. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have a good ability to adapt communication based on the audience. You are comfortable speaking in front of a larger group.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
