JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for two personal assistants for night shifts with a teenage boy who has extensive care needs. The work involves providing care and support while being attentive and able to perceive subtle nuances in the user's communication.

As a personal assistant, it is important to be able to interpret information from medical technical aids and handle various medical interventions in a safe and correct manner. You will also provide support in different forms of care and ensure that the user's needs are met.

The work is always performed in a team with another assistant, both during the night and throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, attentive, and observant in their work. Since this is a complex assignment, an interest in emergency care is a big plus. You are confident in yourself and have the ability to adapt to the user's needs as well as the different situations that may arise. You enjoy working together with others and contribute to a positive collaborative climate.

In the role, you need to focus on details while also having the ability to analyze, see the big picture, and stay one step ahead in planning the work. We would like you to have previous experience in personal assistance and experience with social documentation. A nursing assistant education is an advantage.
