Job Description

Your Role – Where Technology Meets Strategy

As a Technical Project Manager at Nolato Gota, you will play a central role in driving and developing customer projects from inquiry to implementation in production. You will work closely with customers and suppliers as well as cross-functional teams internally to develop effective solutions with high technical requirements.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Lead technical projects and ensure that project goals are achieved.
Drive improvements and changes to existing products and production processes.
Develop innovative solutions in plastic design and injection molding.
Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and competence development within the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for a solution-oriented, analytical, and committed person with a technical background and experience in project management. You have good communication skills, are a team player with a strong desire to drive innovation and improvements.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in tool preparation and injection molding.
Experience in plastic design and automation.
CAD experience, preferably in Catia V5 (meriting).
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in leading technical projects in an industrial environment.
