Ångbåtsbryggan is soon opening for the season and is now looking for an experienced Head Waiter to work with us this summer. We are looking for someone who is a good team player, contributes to a positive work environment, is confident in their professional role, has a warm and welcoming personality, and wants to deliver fantastic service together with us.

As a head waiter, you play a key role - you are the first person our guests meet. We are looking for someone who is driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and loves service. You will have a leadership role and during your shift, you will inspire and motivate the service team in a pedagogical and responsible manner. You have a genuine interest in food, drinks, and people, and can communicate clearly to contribute to smooth and profitable teamwork. To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, can handle multiple tasks at once, and know how to prioritize.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and good knowledge of food and drinks
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Has experience in leading a team
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good collaboration skills

Ångbåtsbryggan is built on a barge from World War II, moored at Stockholm's finest waterfront. In addition to exquisite food and drinks, it offers breathtaking views of Skeppsholmen and Blasieholmen thanks to its unique location on the water, right on Strandvägen.
