About the position – Café Runner (weekend)

Location: Tegnérs Bageri Ekerö

Scope: Every other or every third weekend

We are now looking for a Café Runner to join our weekend team – a perfect opportunity for you who want your first job alongside school and want to learn more about the café and bakery industry in a pleasant and energetic environment.

About the role

As a Café Runner, you are an important part of our team. You move between serving, kitchen, and dishwashing areas – ensuring that everything is clean, stocked, and ready for service. You are unpretentious, responsible, and happy to help where needed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Wiping tables, collecting trays, and keeping the dining area clean
• Restocking drinks, napkins, cutlery, and other consumables
• Taking out the trash and managing recycling according to our routines
• Keeping the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Assisting at the cash register when needed (e.g., restocking products or fetching items)
• Helping with simple preparations in the kitchen when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Is in high school or looking for their first job alongside school
• Has a positive attitude, enjoys collaborating, and takes responsibility
• Is meticulous, organized, and sees what needs to be done
• Enjoys being active and contributing to a well-functioning weekend team
• Is unpretentious and flexible – willing to help where needed

Previous experience is a plus but not a requirement. You will always work alongside colleagues during your shifts and receive support in learning the tasks on-site.
