Are you our new receptionist?

We are now looking for a part-time receptionist, mainly on weekends, for our four-star hotel on the island of Furusund.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and wants to provide guests with that little extra when they visit us. We believe you have some years of experience in reception or another service profession. As a receptionist at Hotel Furusund, you are the first to meet our guests and ensure they receive a warm welcome.

Our hotel has 16 rooms spread over two floors, along with a popular restaurant with a bar and outdoor seating. We also have a small relaxation area right by the water available for our hotel guests.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, reliable, structured, has good computer skills, and is used to juggling multiple tasks.

With us, you will mostly work alone at the reception but will have close communication with the restaurant and kitchen and many wonderful colleagues.

Working hours vary (no night shifts).

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome our guests and provide them with information during check-in as well as the best possible service
• Handle bills and check-outs
• Input and update bookings in hotel and restaurant systems
• Inspect rooms before check-in and inform cleaning staff of the day's priorities
• Be available for our guests and their questions and needs
• Answer phone calls and emails

2 positions available, full-time during the summer months and then extra on weekends.
