Interim HR Business Partner at SCA in Rundvik

We are now looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for SCA in Rundvik, located on the coast in beautiful Nordmaling municipality. Approximately 150 people currently work here, and you will be a key player in supporting and developing the organization. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6 months to begin with, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person.

Your main responsibilities

As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will work broadly with HR in a business-oriented and strategic role. You will support leaders and employees in all areas of HR, including:

• Labor law, rehabilitation, and negotiation
• Employee development and organizational development
• Drive and participate in projects based on the business's needs
• Attract and recruit new employees

This is a job with a high degree of independence, but you will also have support from the HR manager and other HRBPs within the business area.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented person with a strong ability to collaborate. You are analytical, structured, and communicative and enjoy driving processes and projects.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• An academic degree in HR or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an interim HRBP
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and negotiation
• Be self-sufficient and confident in making decisions
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• A valid driver's license and good IT skills
