We are now looking for female assistants for a 35-year-old man in Oskarshamn. He enjoys engaging in various activities such as swimming or going for walks. This man has a need for assistance in his daily life due to severe epilepsy and an intellectual disability.

The job involves helping with daily routines such as household chores, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals, as well as supporting outdoor mobility. There is always double staffing around the clock.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in this wonderful man's daily life. If you are attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, and can sense the situation and be a caring person, you are the one we are looking for. Experience with epilepsy is a plus.

To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Be smoke-free
• Be able to swim and tolerate chlorine.
• Have a B driver's license

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Fixed basic hourly wage + additional compensation. Collective agreement exists.

Of course, you will receive an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.

Being employed at Evanda Assistans AB means security through the collective agreement with Vård företagarna - Bransch G, market-based salary, pension, insurance coverage, and fair vacation terms.

Working hours and duration: The working hours are day shifts from 09:30 to 09:30 the following day with waiting time during the night between 24:00 and 05:00.

We apply the employment form "As long as the assistance assignment lasts".

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement.

Start date: According to agreement, we are working with ongoing recruitment. Introduction can occur immediately.
