The Social Administration is one of the larger workplaces in the municipality. Within the Social Administration's Individual and Family Care (IFO), there are three units that work with cases concerning children and families: an Investigation Unit, a Placement Unit, and a Advice and Support Unit. We are co-located in new premises close to the other units within IFO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social worker in the Investigation Unit, your duties will include:
- Investigating the situation of children and young people following an application or report
- Following up on assistance regarding family treatment
- A close collaboration with other units within Individual and Family Care, e.g., a close collaboration with Advice and Support regarding families in treatment and a close collaboration with the Placement Unit before placements in foster homes or HVB
- Documenting according to BBIC

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker with previous experience working with children, young people, and families. You have knowledge of applicable legislation within SoL and LVU. We consider it an advantage if you are used to working according to BBIC and have knowledge of Treserva.
You are structured, quality-conscious, and take the initiative to solve problems. We place great emphasis on personal suitability; for us, it is important that you are a secure and positive team player who can create sustainable relationships. You have a good ability to handle stressful situations and adapt well to current circumstances. Documentation is a recurring element, so you need to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
