Are you my next assistant?

I am looking for a female assistant aged approximately 30-50 years. I want a forward-thinking, creative, and self-driven person, preferably with experience in similar jobs, but this is not a requirement as personal chemistry is the most important! A B driver's license is required as I have my own car that my assistants will drive.

I am a man in my late middle age who is paralyzed from the chest down after a diving accident in 1988. I need help with most things such as hygiene, dressing, cleaning, and accompanying me on activities, etc. I live in my own villa in Berga (Högsby municipality) and this is where you will start your work. I take the days as they come and try to come up with different activities with my assistants. I have my own boat and enjoy fishing. I am interested in motors and like to be involved in repairs. I am also interested in sports such as hockey, speedway, skiing, etc. With me, you will work independently alongside me from morning to evening, with flexible working hours but usually from 09:00 to 23:30, on weekends and weekdays.

The position is a maternity cover at 73% (116 hours spread over 8 days a month) running from July 1, 2025, to September 31, 2026, with a chance for permanent employment afterward. You will be employed directly by me and not through any assistance company or municipality.
