We are currently looking for personal assistants for one of our clients in Halltorp, south of Kalmar. Are you a positive person who enjoys making a difference for others? Great, you might be the one we are looking for!

About the client

It is a 48-year-old man who lives with his family. Due to a stroke, he requires personal assistance around the clock, has significant care needs, and receives all food and medication via PEG. As a personal assistant to the man, you will help him in his daily life with everything from hygiene, mobility, care, cooking, and cleaning to activities and accompanying him to medical appointments as needed. It would be great if you share the man's strong interest in cars and music, but it is not a requirement.

About the positions

The working hours at the workplace are scheduled from 8:30 AM to 8:30 AM with waiting time during the night. Since this assistance assignment is new, we are looking for people to form a completely new group. We will be filling 7 positions at 31.75%, either 2 shifts every other week or 1 shift each week.

We prefer that you have previous experience in personal assistance or another form of care and support, and personal suitability is highly valued. It is advantageous if you have experience with aids such as ceiling lifts, wheelchairs, and PEG. A driver's license and car are needed to commute to and from work.

A background check will be conducted for all candidates who proceed in the process.
