About the Client

The client is a 50-year-old man living alone. He has significant support needs and has cerebral palsy, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and mild intellectual disability.

You will work where the client is, primarily in his home. He has a workshop that he loves to spend time in, where he crafts and tinkers. It is very beneficial if you have an interest in cars. The client swims once a week, so you need to be able to swim.

About You

We prefer that you have experience working as a personal assistant or similar. You should be fearless, have willpower, and patience, as it may take time for the client to get used to you. As a person, you should be reliable, stable, and able to take initiative. It is important that you are social, cheerful, empathetic, and a warm person, with the ability to connect with the client. The client may initially seem rejecting towards you, so it is advantageous if you can adapt and sense the client's needs.

About the Position

We are currently looking for a substitute for the client. The client requires 24/7 assistance with 9 hours on-call. You should be able to work nights and step in at short notice.
