JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute in housing support/open care in Emmaboda Municipality, you will be offered a varied job focused on supporting our clients in their environment and based on their unique needs. Our work spans a broad target group where you may work with adults with mental health issues and substance abuse or with families with various types of support needs.

You will work in a team with extensive experience, and there are various support functions within the group to help you get acclimated to the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to have experience working with people with varying needs. You are flexible, structured, and unpretentious in your approach.

We operate throughout the municipality, so to reach those we support, you need to have a driver's license for a passenger car.

If you have previous experience in any form of treatment work, this is an advantage.

You must have at least a high school diploma.
