ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for two personal assistants for our client in Herrljunga. The work involves night shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends, with waiting time during the night. We are looking for both someone who wants to work as a substitute and step in when needed, as well as someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule of about 87%. In the fixed position, you will work two night shifts per week.

The working hours for both positions are:

• From 16:45 to 17:00 the following day.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 40s with autism and intellectual disabilities. He is active and enjoys going for long walks, regardless of the weather. As a personal assistant to our client, you will support him with the practical aspects of daily life.

Tasks may include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores and shopping.
• Assisting with personal hygiene and various activities.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and, like our client, enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors. We prefer that you are a calm and empathetic person. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license (B) and access to a car to get to the workplace.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Employment rate: Substitute position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
