About the Position

As a designer at NP Nilsson, you will play a central role in developing customized construction solutions for the company's customers. The work will largely involve practical design work, but you will also be responsible for sales. This means that you will act as a sounding board and guide customers in the sales process, as well as continuously during the course of the projects. You are responsible for creating drawings, quotes, and production and delivery plans, while ensuring that all constructions meet the customers' and internally set high-quality standards. The work is largely independent, but you will of course have a strong and knowledgeable team close at hand to support you when needed. You will work in close dialogue with both colleagues in design and production, as well as visit construction sites as needed.
As a designer, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in your role. NP Nilsson is ISO certified in quality, environment, and work environment, but also certified by RISE for CE marking of roof trusses, and is a member of Svenska. They therefore offer their employees ongoing training to ensure a high level of competence required in design and production to meet market demands.

Who Are We Looking For?

NP Nilsson is looking for a designer with experience in CAD or equivalent software. Experience with the industry-specific program Pamir is not a requirement, but is advantageous – the company otherwise offers thorough training to ensure you feel confident and can use it effectively. The most important thing is that you have a great commitment, find it enjoyable, and have a desire to develop and grow in the role and the construction industry.
